Call or email us to discuss any projects we can work on for you. We could have one of those anonymous online forms, but we believe that discussing the project is always the best solution to any challenge.

Production

Please allow 1 to 10 business days for production. Production is: proofing, approvals, printing, finishing (laminating, trimming, mounting, welding, grommeting, etc.), and packaging.

Proofing

Before we print, no cost digital proofs are emailed to you as medium resolution PDFs or JPGs.

If you require a hard proof, for $75 plus shipping we will ship you a proof (approx. 12” x 18”) using the material your graphic will be printed on.

Indoor Graphics is a “pleasing color” printer. Although our printers are profiled and color calibrated, precision color matching is not our goal. However, our color acceptance rate is near 100%.

If you require color matching, send PMS color match specifics or a printed proof for us to match. We offer onsite color adjustments for $75/hour.

Shipping

Please allow 1 to 5 business days for UPS shipping. Timeframe depends on the service level you request and the distance to your office from our centrally located printing facility in Chattanooga, TN.

All care is made to ensure that graphics are delivered in a safe and timely manner. Shipping labels are carefully addressed and media is packaged in carrier-approved shipping tubes or boxes. Indoor Graphics is not responsible for lost, damaged, or mis-delivered ads once they leave our facilities.
